Multiwire drawing machines
Speed drawing machines (10 - 12 passages)

Adjustable speed multiwire drawing machines (N.F.S.model)draw very thin wires at high speed. These machines are ideal for precious metals such as gold, silver and non-ferrous alloys. The drawing machines are omposed by a sturdy metal frame that holds the motor, transmission, lubricating pump, loading bobbins or reels with adjustable clutch,a series of idle rollers, and chrome-coated steel capstan/s.
The winding unit can be housed in a bobbin (of various sizes)or in a conical reel with an adjustable wire tension device.
The mechanical lutch allows the machine to start gradually until it reaches the set speed, which avoids possible slipping and breaking of the wire.A series of permissive blocks stops the machine if the wire breaks or if the safety gate is opened.
The rollers and drawplates are lubricated and cooled with water by way of a losed circuit forced-circulation system:the lubricant collection tank reservoir can be easily removed to recover all precious metalscraps and dust that are formed during the work process and also for cleaning.
The machine is protected with safety guards and devices that protect against spills of the lubricating liquid.
A control panel groups together the functions that control the speed, wire tension and winding.
The simplified version (N) has a two-speed motor and just one conical wire wheel. If is suitable for drawing thicker wires (up to a diameter of 3 mm)at a lower speed than N.F.S.models.

Drawing Machine (6+1 passages)

This drawing machine comes with interchangeable steel reel winders for winding the drawn wire. The machine frame has a cast iron support, a metal base, and a heavy duty cast iron drawing roller. The winding reel has a plate-type clutch with ring gear and adjustable ring nut on the transmission that permits gradual start-up of the machine to prevent the wire from breaking.
All of the transmission parts are mounted on bearings and have oil bath lubrication (quantity: 7 liters). The machine also has a separate cooling circuit for lubricating the drawing plates with emulsified oil (capacity: 10 liters) and a special filter applied to the scavenge pipe to permit recovery of metal filings. The machine also has safety guards and devices.
The control pad on the Vario version has an inverter for continuous variation of the work speed.

"P" drawing machines (4 - 6 - 12 passages)

The TP4,TP6 and TP12 drawing machines were designed for drawing gold and silver wire.
The drawing process takes place through a series of drawplates with calibrated holes that decreasing by 0.1 mm in diameter (for wires with a diameter of 2.5 >0.5 mm)and 0.05 in diameter (for wires with a diameter of 0.5 >0.3 mm)
The machine is composed by a sturdy metal frame that holds the motor, transmission, the cooling liquid tank, the unwinding reel, the motorized winding reel with adjustable clutch controlled by a handwheel (to allow the machine to start gradually to prevent the wire from breaking),the drawplate support,an electrical control panel and a protective casing for moving parts.
Both reels are interchangeable. The top cover can be removed to rapidly extract the roll of finished wire.
The machine also has a separate cooling circuit for lubricating the drawing plates with emulsified oil.A special filter applied to the scavenge pipe permits recovery of metal filings. The tank can be removed to simplify cleaning procedures. The machine also has safety guards and devices.

Drawing Machine (6 passages)

This drawing machine comes with interchangeable steel reel winders for winding the drawn wire. The sturdy metal frame houses the motor, transmission and lubricating pump.
The winding reel has a plate-type clutch that permits gradual start-up of the machine to prevent the wire from breaking. The winding and unwinding reels are interchangeable and made of aluminum alloy, with a removable upper flange to remove the wire coil. The machine has 5 drawplates that work in a graduated series of 0.05 mm or 0.10 mm to obtain a total reduction in the diameter of the wire of 0.25 mm or 0.50 mm in just one passage.
The machine also has a separate cooling circuit for lubricating the drawing plates with emulsified oil (capacity: 10 liters) and a special filter applied to the scavenge pipe to permit recovery of metal filings. The tank can be removed to simplify cleaning operations.
The machine also has safety guards and devices.

One-wire drawing machines (motorized and handle)
Bench drawing machine with guided carriage.

This very sturdy and reliable machine ensures accurate results with reduced friction and high output.
The gripper, provided with a fast wire blocking device, is housed on a carriage that slides on guided sliding blocks (no vertical or horizontal slipping). A sturdy chain controlled by a ratiomotor combined with an electronic power regulator drives the carriage.
There is also a rotating winding drum for round wire (20 positions), plus a position for drawn plates, for quick replacement during high output cycles.
The machine also has safety guards and devices.

Drawing machine with spindles

This three-speed drawing machine is ideal for precious metals such as gold, silver and non-ferrous alloys. The drawing process takes place as the wire passes from one reel to another of the machine through a drawplate holder with a lubricating cup. A pulley/belt powers the reels. The machine has an inverter that changes the movement to permit continuous drawing without changing bobbins.
