Engraving pantograph for engraving inside wedding rings. Uses interchangeable brass discs with different fonts on each side (supplied with disc art. V601802), a tempered steel stylus, and a diamond-tipped tool for precision engraving. Wedding rings are automatically rotated, with same spacing between letters. Three vice jaws hold the rings (vice jaws for mounted rings available on request). One font reduction ratio with 1/5 scale.

IM3
Engraving pantograph for engraving flat surfaces (engraving area: 250 x 115 mm, ratio: 1/2). Uses a table for modular, interchangeable, sliding typeset characters, with the possibility of engraving on more than one line (typeset holder available on request).
Items to be engraved are locked in place with self-centering vices on a base with adjustable rotation (360°). Maximum vice jaw opening: 140 mm (250 mm using special vice jaws, available on request). Maximum object height: 50 mm. Twenty-five pantograph reduction ratio within a range of 1/2 ÷ 1/7.

TXL
Engraving pantograph for engraving flat surfaces (engraving area: 450 x 200 mm, ratio: 1/2) and conical surfaces +/- 15°. Uses a table for interchangeable, sliding typeset characters, with the possibility of engraving on more than one line (typeset holder available on request) and using different fonts on the same plate.
Items to be engraved are locked in place with self-centering vices on a base with adjustable pitch, rotation (360°) and height. Maximum vice jaw opening: 295 mm (480 mm using special vice jaws, available on request). Twenty-five pantograph reduction ratio within a range of 1/2 ÷ 1/7.

IM4, IM4R, IM4RM
IM4 - Electronic engraving pantograph for engraving flat surfaces (engraving area: 120 x 80 mm). The pantograph comes with a software suite (Quick Click Jewelry, Quick Click Engraving, or Quick Mark Industry) and plugs into a PC via serial port (Windows® 2000 or XP required). The software controls the movements of the pantograph arm that houses the engraving tip with a cutter that rotates at 19,000 rpm. Its cutters are 3.17 mm in diameter and make cuts between 0 ÷ 0,75 mm deep.

IM4RM - Electronic engraving pantograph for engraving inside wedding bands (internal diameter: 13 ÷ 24 mm). The pantograph comes with Quick Click software and plugs into a PC via serial port (Windows® 2000 or XP required). The software controls the movements of the engraving tip. Wedding bands are automatically rotated, with costant spacing between letters. Three vice jaws hold rings (vice jaws for mounted rings available on request).

IS200 - Electronic engraving pantograph for engraving flat surfaces (engraving area: 220 x 80 mm). The pantograph comes with “GravoStyle” software and plugs into a PC via serial or parallel port (Windows® 2000 or XP required). The software controls the movements of the pantograph arm that houses the engraving tip with a cutter that rotates at 17,000 rpm.
Its cutters are 4.36 mm in diameter and make cuts between 0 ÷ 4,36 mm deep.

IS400 - Electronic engraving pantograph for engraving flat surfaces (engraving area: 305 x 210 mm) and cylinders (optional). The pantograph comes with “GravoStyle” software and plugs into a PC via serial or parallel port (Windows® 2000 or XP required).
The software controls the movements of the pantograph arm that houses the engraving tip with a cutter that rotates at 11 ÷ 20,000 rpm. Its cutters are 4.36 mm in diameter and make cuts between 0 ÷ 4,36 mm deep.

LaserBRAVO
LaserBRAVO is a very compact and robust laser marking system with a diode pumped solid state low output laser.
Due to the combination of unique technologies of optics, electronics as well as mechanics, Bravo Marker offers a significant advantage in the integration of all components in one compact unit.
The resonator, the real heart of the diode pumped laser, is very small but can achieve a very high peak power and, at the same time, a very high beam quality, too, reaching TEMoo-Mode.
The complete laser process is controlled by means of a supervisor integrated into the laser: the electronic control unit. A Windows based laser marking software informs the user about the functioning of the single laser components.
The high efficiency of the system and the integration of a thermoelectric air-cooling system reduce the running costs of the machine to a minimum; actually the medium power consumption of the laser marking system is 300W.

LaserBRAVO can be integrated in industrial environment as well as used for operations which may need more precise working. And the pilot beam, which is a standard equipment, enables easy adjustments.
As an additional chiller and a power supply unit are not necessary, Bravo Marker can easily be integrated in any new or existing production line also due to its very reduced dimensions and weight. Further more, due to a line voltage from 85-260 90-240 VAC 50/60 Hz the system is ready to operate worldwide.

PEGASO
Industrial machine, designed for particularly severe services, laser system (Class 1) for carrying out combined marking, cutting and drilling operations. For its high marking definition it is ideal for jewellery and watch application, on metals, glass, etc.
Uses a laser in a solid state pumped with diodes (Nd:Yag) and water cooled in a closed circuit. With Pegaso it is possible to obtain very high speed marking; this enables it to be used for high volume industrial productions.
In addition, thanks to its simplicity, it can also be used for small productions, which require more flexibility in the type of operation to be carried out for every single production lot. Coaxial camera, possibility to mount 100 mm, 160 mm or 254 mm focals.
The system incorporates a PC (Microsoft® Windows™XP™), complete with an 17" LCD TFT monitor, and is supplied with marking software called "LaserPLUS" that manages all of the accessories with integrated VECAD cad.
The software supports vectorial formats: DXF, DWG, PLT, HPGL, TF, ASCII script and raster formats: BMP, JPG, TIFF, GIF, and WMF. Optional accessories: C-axis, rotating table, XY table, vibration feeders, drop conveyor belt, electronic Z axis, etc.

Incisore 3D per copiatura e riduzione (System 3001)
L’incisione tridimensionale delle superfici è utilizzata con successo da molte decine d’anni. La macchina in questione dispone di un tastatore che segue il profilo del modello realizzato in metallo o altro materiale resistente.
Il pezzo da lavorare viene inciso contemporaneamte grazie al collegamento solidale fra il tastatore e l’utensile di incisione.
Una unità di incisione con rapporto 1:1 è disponibile come apparecchiatura speciale, l'adattamento dell’attrezzatura richiede un brevissimo tempo.
La qualità della superficie ottenuta dalla lavorazione é perfetta, anche le minime cavità vengono rilevate con precisione.
È inoltre possibile l’incisione specchio-invertita e la variazione delle proporzioni dimensionali.
L'addestramento degli operatori richiede solitamente di meno di una giornata. I rapporti di incisione vanno dal formato 1:1,41 fino a 1:100.
