Cold enamels
Heated enameling workbench

This workbench was designed for enameling metal materials, especially gold, silver and costume jewelry and many other objects (buttons, key holders, souvenirs, metal findings, leather goods and shoe accessories, plaques and medals).

The workbench has a sturdy metal frame that supports the worktop composed of an aluminum top heated by electrical resistances. The temperature can be adjusted by thermostat. There are two drawers on the side, and one in the center for holding work tools. There is also a pull-out cold surface for enamel application. A fiberglass service shelf at the center is also provided.

Pneumatic dosing unit

Saldoplast can be used for enameling with special syringes. There is a one-syringe version and a three-syringe version for applying more than one enamel at a time or for useby more than one person.
The system only needs to be connected to a compressed air generator. It has a pressure gauge and timer (only in the single version) to program enamel dosage, and a pneumatically controlled pedal (there are three separate pedals in the three-syringe version). Saldoplast is also ideal for depositing welding pastes.

Furnaces for cold enamels

This furnace is ideal for enamel coating or glue drying. It has a steel body and insulated furnace chamber, and there are adjustable vents and a thermostat. The chamber, which is accessed by a large door, has 16 removable aluminum shelves.
Instruments include a timer that automatically switches off the furnace, a thermostat and a thermometer. Available on request: fumes extractor unit, forced air ventilation system, and a mobile furnace rack with 15 aluminum shelves.

These enamel drying furnaces were designed for medium and large production. They have
stainless steel rotating rods with clips for holding coated objects powered by a c.c. motor
(which permits uniform distribution of the enamel and prevents drips), and constant forced ventilation heating.
The control panel has a thermostat to control the furnace temperature and a timer for drying time. The furnaces can also be hooked up to a battery (12V, 50/60 amp) to prevent interruptions from power blackouts and guarantee rod rotation.
The furnace has an extractor system that automatically starts when the doors are opened to eliminate enameling fumes.

Warmth enamels
Furnaces for warmth enamels

These furnaces were designed for firing tempera paints and enamels. The furnace chamber and door are made of high quality cold steel with excellent heat insulation, and the resistance are imbedded in the refractory tile lining.
It has an automatic electronic pyrometer with a safety device that switches off the electrical current if the thermocouple breaks. An electronic programming system sets and displays (on digital display) the temperature.
The fumes extractor system is at the back of the furnace.

Grinder and mortars for enamel powder

This machine has two ceramic jars used to grind the enamel powders for the firing process.
The jars are positioned on a special eccentric cam-powered support that makes them rotate andrevolve around the center.
The powders to be ground, water and ceramic spheres are placed inside the jars and the grinder
is switched on. The grinding process lasts for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the granulometry needed.
