This bench-top galvanic electroplating equipment for gold, rhodium and silver plating is ideal for small workshops and their prototype projects and repairs. The base houses the electrical parts, control devices, electrical plugs, cables and electrodes, a neon lamp to illuminate the work area, containers and bottles with their housing. Pieces are either immersed in the plating beakers, or the plating pen is used to plate pieces or touch up small areas.

This system is used for galvanic polishing. During the electrolythic process, the surface of the pieces immersed in the solution is infinitesimally eroded. Removed precious metal is deposited on the electrodes and recovered later. This process polishes quicly and perfectly objects with particularly complex shapes that cause other polishing systems to fail.

Ecobrill is a galvanic polishing system that uses an ecological acid bath (cyanide-free). Through the electrolysis process, it effects an infinitesimal erosion of the surface of the pieces immersed in the bath. The precious metal removed is deposited in a special graphite tank and later recovered. Specific solutions are used to ensure the best results for any carat, which means fast, perfect polishing, particularly on objects with complex shapes where other polishing systems are ineffective and uneconomical.
The system, composed of a sturdy structure made of acid-proof synthetic material, contains:

• large work tanks and a sealed safety chamber with internal lighting
• a closed-circuit wash water recycling system for total recovery of metals and acid neutralization

System for the recovery of precious metals from galvanic solutions.
The apparatus is composed by a structure in synthetic material wearing resistant and acid resistant housing solution treating tank.
Aseries of 6 stainless steel rotating disc and special graphite anodes, set in the tank, are fed by a feeding group in continuous current. Current passage makes precious metal deposit on cathode, from where it is recovered later. Operation is very easy. It is enough pouring solution to treat in a container or tank, where a sucking hose and a return hose are set. The system has a sucking pump to recycle solution. The apparatus stops itself at the end of the cycle.
