| This machine was designed for scoring pipes and welded tubes, solid or hollow, to be used for bracelets or earrings of various sizes and shapes. The machine has a spindle with three adjustable clamps (a four-clamp version is also available), with rollers to obtain spiral scoring with triple or quadruple threading. Rollers can be smooth, knurled, or decorated. The adjustable spindle rotation speed and the sliding tube holder permit tube shaping with consistent, accurate results. The tube holder with a rapid locking system ensures fast and easy operation. The MDM Winding and the MDM Profiling machines can be equipped with a kit for this type of process. The tube scoring kit is composed of a spindle with three or four clamps, which is fitted to the gearmotor, and a tube holder. |

This winding machine was designed to wind pipe and welded tube (solid or hollow), used for making bracelets and earrings of various sizes and shapes.
It has tube winder spindles with various profiles. There is a tube guide wheel controlled by a variable pressure pneumatic device, which provides constant pressure during the work process in any profile position. The tailstock center with a rapid locking system makes the production process and adjustments quick and easy. This machine is unique because accurate adjustments are facilitated by practical regulators. The winder is provided with an shaped (30 mm in diameter) tube winding spindle. |

| Automatic profiling machine for welded and unwelded tubes | ||||||||||||||
| These profiling machines make welded and unwelded tubes out of flat metal strip. Tubes are round, square, rectangular and TV-shaped, or have special profiles (available on request). The profiling process uses several rollers and guides that are easily and quickly replaced. The first station has a shearing unit for strip calibration. An automatic T.I.G. welding process (without filler material) at the end of the cycle ensures uniformity and maximum mechanical strength of the tubes. Automatic welding is included in the P/65 model, and supplied on request in the P/55 model. The work area is protected by a special transparent safety panel and has its own lighting. Available on request: a wheeled stand and the TIG welding unit (for the P/55 model), and an automatic core inserter in the welded tube (for both the P/55 and P/65 models). |

| This motorized bending machine with adjustable winding diameter produces round spirals with a shapedprofile. The profile shape is obtained by passing the metal strip through a special widia drawplate positioned at the entrance of the rollers. The worker ust anually feed the metal strip into the drawplate until it is seized by the rolls. The work unit sits on a column base with vibration-proof feet.A pedal-controlled electronic inverter controls the work speed,which depends on the profile type and dimension. The machine comes with a standard concave profile with a constant ratio (length/height)and closedburrs. This machine can create a wide range of conformed profiles from metal strips.
