The winding reel is actioned through a belt transmission. It is provided with an adjustable friction to compensate the difference in diameter of the cutted strips being winded

“TAU ”and “TAF ”precision cutter are designed to cut small or medium cross sections (pipes or bars) in steel,non ferrous metals,precious metals and plastic materials.Both cutters mount a 6.000 r.p.m.mandrel using HSS steel or carbide blades to achieve a cutting surface lapped and without burs.
It is possible to reduce scraps to a minimum using thin blades (up to 0,3 mm).This is particularly advisable in precious metal cut.

The precision circular saw is ideal for cutting bands,wires and tubes and small metallic parts.
The work surface can be tilted to change the blade.It is made in ground cast iron,has a blade slit with adjustable width and:
- A longitudinal plate guide square with millimeter scale,screw movement and blocking device.
- Sliding side positioning guide with goniometer for straight and tilted cuts.
- Adjusting screw for blade projection on work surface,blade protection device and piece guide.
The tilting cover hood provides the operator with efficient protection and prevents dispersion of dusts into the environment during processing.The back wall is transparent for back lighting the work surface.

Bending table band saw

Band saw with reclining surface for horizontal or vertical cuts. The work surface position can be quickly and easily changed by rotating the work surface, the band pulleys and the blade guide by 90 degrees. The cutting speed can be adjusted by way of the electronic speed variator, which makes it possible to cut different types of materials.
Thanks to the sturdy frame and the technical construction solutions, cuts and edges are perfect regardless of the cutting position. The machine can also be equipped with a closed circuit blade lubrication and cooling unit.
