Beading machines These beading machines are directly driven by electric motor, planned and produced in order to obtain a production machine yet conserving their simplicity.
The electric motor, placed under the base so as to avoid dangers to users and to reduce dimensions, can be moved to stretch the belt. The cone pulleys allow to obtain three different rotation speeds by a simple shifting of the "V" belts.
An appropriate disc clutch allows to stop or to start instantaneously the machine without stopping the electric motor. A safety device, conveniently placed under easy user's control, permits a quick motion reversal. These machines are very sturdy,accurately finished in every detail. The countershaft is mounted on efficient ball bearings and the conical gears are hardened.
